Four of us enjoyed our meal here last night (cafe is open for dinner only on Saturday nights I think - breakfast and lunch other days). The food and service were excellent! Our friends loved their shrimp tacos. Burger was cooked perfectly. The chicken pot pie was extremely flavorful, served in a dish with a perfectly baked crust on top. Portions were very generous. Our server and the assistants who brought out our meals were all very friendly and hard working. This cafe is an absolute gem. We will be back!
Wonderful place. Understand that this is not a gourmet, 5 star restaurant. It is a quaint cafe with that employs Special Needs young adults. I give the service and atmosphere 5 stars because I love the dedication and energy of the kids, and the huge smiles that you get here. It truly is a special place.
We recently hosted a small baby sprinkle here and had an amazing experience! The staff was easy and responsive to work with while planning and the day of coordination was wonderful. Food was great and the space upstairs was perfect for this type of event. We all had an amazing time and the guests have been complimenting this venue ever since.

The cafe is a wonderful, accepting atmosphere! Everyone is so kind and patient, and the food is delicious. They accommodate separate checks for our students so everyone can work on skills for paying and leaving a tip. We participated in a trivia night and had a blast! I highly recommend!
When I first got there I noticed a gentleman wrapping silverware and tending to other small tasks. I assume it was the owner and/or manager. I loved to see someone lead by example. I also noticed they hired special needs, this means a lot to me because of my work with special Olympics and new horizons. The food was incredible and the service was timely and friendly. It's close to home so we'll be coming in more often.
My Godson discovered this place on Google and wanted to go here for breakfast. What an AMAZING place! All the wait staff, greeters and it appeared a good number of the kitchen staff are individuals with special needs. Every person was welcoming, professional and competent. Both of us were in agreement that the food was fantastic and we would be back in the near future to try out the lunch menu! If you have never been here, it's time for you to pay it a visit. You won't be disappointed... and I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face!
